Columns in the document list

• Status: shows the current status of the document (draft, to approve, approved, published, rejected, expired, withdrawn)
• Checked out by: displays who is working on the document.
• Version: current version number of the document
• Created: shows, when the current version was created
• Published: shows, when the current version was published
• Code: Code of the document
• Description: Title of the document
• Notes: Comments and notes to the document
• Links: shows the numbers of document links and the the date the last link was added.
• Last edit: displays the date, when the document was last checked out.
• Valid to: if the documents validation is restricted, the date is shown here

not all elements are shown by default. to activate or deactivate elements, click on the context menu, go to <Tools> select <List Style> and select or deselect the items you want to see in the list.
